Using FSP Funds for Your Calendars

FSP funds may be used to buy your 2027 health calendars. When you complete your online order, choose "FSP Funding" as your payment type. If FSP funds are available for you, we will send an invoice to the Bankers Life home office for payment of the calendars using your FSP funds.

Please Note: This option is for MDs and BOAs. If you are not a MD or BOA be sure to get approval from your MD before placing the order. Any orders placed by the satellite will be run by the MD for approval. Orders may be rejected because of no FSP availability. Credit card payment will then be required.
